Your business
Brand Brain and more
What the AI knows about your brand, and the other tools under Your brand and Your CRM.
Brand Brain
- 1What the AI knows about your brand: it writes, builds and answers calls in your voice.
The Brand Brain is what the AI has learned about you: a summary, your voice and tone, who you help and their pain points, your offers, and what you talk about. Your websites, your content, your campaign drafts and your Voice AI agent all use it, so everything sounds like you.
- It learns from your sources: your website, your YouTube channel, PDF guides, and pages scanned with the Chrome extension (like your Facebook page). Add more, then Rebuild my Brand Brain; everything already read is kept.
- Edit anything it got wrong; your edits are kept.
My business
- 1Your name, address and contact details: on your websites and in your calls.
- 2Your products and prices: the AI quotes them on your websites and calls.
- 3Your calendars: the booking links your websites and Voice AI use.
- 4Connect HighLevel to bring all of it over at once.
Your business details (name, address, contact details), products and prices, calendars, forms, FAQs, team and social links. They come over from HighLevel when you connect it, and they're used to build your websites and to answer your calls: the Voice AI agent quotes your prices and offers your booking link from here.
- To change something, ask the assistant ("Change our phone number to +1 415 555 0100") or update it in HighLevel and use Reload from HighLevel in Settings → Integrations.
- An empty section (like Funnels and websites) just means nothing of that kind came over.
30-day content
- 1The day your 30 days start.
- 2Pick where you post; Email adds a weekly newsletter.
- 3Write my 30 days: posts, reels, carousels and newsletters in your voice, in about two minutes.
Thirty days of posts for the platforms you choose, written in your Brand Brain voice around your content themes: hooks, reel scripts, carousels and a weekly newsletter.
- Choose the day it starts.
- Tick where you post. Email adds a newsletter every seventh day.
- Click Write my 30 days. It takes about two minutes.
- Read through, edit anything, and approve what you'll post. Copy each one into the platform.
The better your Brand Brain, the more it sounds like you: rebuild it after adding sources.
Your apps
- 1Ideas to start from: pages that work with your contacts, deals and appointments.
- 2Create my app: its own private space, built by describing what you want.
- 3Or ask the assistant to build or change it by chat.
Your own CRM app: pages your CRM doesn't have yet, like a board of deals won this month by source, a commission calculator, or a follow-up list of contacts with no note in 30 days. Each one works with your real contacts, deals and appointments.
- Click Create my app. It gets its own private space.
- Describe the screen you want, in your words. You can start from one of the ideas listed.
- It opens as a tab inside the app. Ask for changes the same way, or use Ask the assistant.
Every change the app makes to your CRM shows in History, where you can undo it.
Connect Claude
- 1A name for the connection, like the tool you'll use.
- 2Pick the website, then Create token. The token is shown once; copy it.
- 3For Claude Code: copy this command into your terminal.
- 4For Claude Desktop or Cursor: copy this into its settings.
Work on your websites from Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor. Your AI tool can then read and change a website the same way the builder does.
- Give the connection a name (like the tool you'll use) and pick the website.
- Click Create token. The token is shown once: copy it straight away.
- Copy the setup for your tool: the command for Claude Code, or the settings for Claude Desktop or Cursor. Put your token where it says
<your token>.
Each connection is listed on the page; disconnect one at any time and its token stops working.
Customize
Customize at the top of every page changes the dashboard itself by chatting: put your open deals or today's appointments on the home screen, rename sections, change the look. Undo takes back the last change.
