Getting started
Create your account, then a six-step set-up builds your first website from your business. After that, find your way around.
Create your account
Go to builder.powerpro.ai and choose Create Account: your name, your email and a password (at least 8 characters). Already have an account? Sign in with your email and password.
- 1Your email address.
- 2Your password (at least 8 characters).
- 3Sign In, or Create Account if you're new.
The set-up comes first
Right after you create your account, the set-up opens. It's the first thing you do: until it's finished, the app always opens on it, and the rest of the app (and the chat bubble) appears once your website is launched. It takes about five minutes. If you leave halfway, you carry on at the same step next time you sign in. The steps are listed on the left, and Back takes you to the previous one.
Step 1: Connect HighLevel
- 1The Private Integration Token from your HighLevel sub-account.
- 2The address of any page in your sub-account.
- 3Connect and import: your business comes over in about two minutes.
- 4No HighLevel? Type your details instead; you go straight to step 3.
Paste two things from your HighLevel sub-account: a Private Integration Token and the address of any page in the sub-account (the Location ID is read from it). Then Connect and import. The token is stored encrypted and never comes back to your browser. How do I get these? shows where to find both and which permissions to tick; step by step in Importing from HighLevel.
Not on HighLevel? Choose I don't use HighLevel — I'll type my details instead. You skip the import and go straight to step 3, and fill in your details yourself in step 4.
Step 2: Import your business
- 1Each part of your business as it comes over, with how many.
- 2Not imported: it needs one more permission on your token. Your website works without it.
- 3Continue to your Brand Brain. With nothing to fix, it carries on by itself.
Your business comes over part by part: business profile, brand board, products and prices, calendars, forms, surveys, images, blog posts, FAQs, team and funnels. Each card shows how many were imported. A part your token isn't allowed to read is marked and skipped; your website works without it, and you can add the permission later. When nothing needs your attention, the set-up carries on by itself; otherwise click Continue.
The set-up only reads from HighLevel; nothing in your sub-account changes. Your contacts, pipelines and conversations come over separately, from Move from HighLevel, once you're in.
Step 3: Teach your Brand Brain
- 1Your current website: its words, and its look if you want it.
- 2Your YouTube channel, Facebook page or PDF guides. One source is enough to start.
- 3Skip for now: build it later from the Brand Brain page.
- 4Build my Brand Brain: about a minute. Then you choose your website's look.
Add the places your brand already lives: your current website, your YouTube channel, your Facebook page (read through the Chrome extension) or PDF guides. One is enough to start. Build my Brand Brain reads them and learns your voice, who you help and your offers; it takes about a minute. Then you choose your website's look: like your current website, or a fresh one.
This is the only step you can skip: Skip for now, and build it later from the Brand Brain page.
Step 4: Check your brand
- 1A preview of your website's top, with your colours and main button.
- 2Your details, colours, fonts and what else came over from HighLevel.
- 3Edit details: change anything before your website is built.
- 4Looks good: on to your address.
Your name, colours, fonts, main button and contact details, filled in from HighLevel and your Brand Brain, with a preview of your website's top. Edit details to change anything, then Looks good. You can change all of it later too.
Step 5: Pick your address
- 1A free address on ours, ready at once…
- 2…or your own domain, like www.yourbusiness.com.
- 3Suggested from your business name; change it if you like.
- 4Publish my website: builds it and puts it live.
Where your website lives. A free address like yourbusiness.sandboxm.website is ready at once; it's suggested from your business name and you can change it. Or choose My own domain, like www.yourbusiness.com. You can move to your own domain later as well (Domains). Then Publish my website.
Step 6: Launch
- 1Each part ticks off as it's done. About a minute; then you're on My Websites.
Your website is created in its own private workspace, filled with your business and Brand Brain, built and published to your address. Each part ticks off as it's done; it takes about a minute. Then you land on My Websites with your website live.
Finding your way around
The menu on the left has three parts:
- Your CRM: Assistant, Contacts, Opportunities, Calendar, Conversations, Campaigns, Your apps, History and Move from HighLevel.
- Your websites: My Websites, and Connect Claude (to work on your websites from Claude or Cursor).
- Your brand: My business, Brand Brain and 30-day content.
Settings at the bottom holds your profile, email, phone, domains, integrations and backups. Customize at the top lets you change the dashboard itself by chatting.
- 1New website: start one from your brand.
- 2The star: your default website. The chat bubble opens on it.
- 3Its address. Live means it's published.
- 4Open the website in the builder to change it by chatting.
Your first change
Click Ask your assistant in the bottom-right corner of any page. On the My website tab, type what you want, for example "Add a testimonials section". The change is made on your website straight away; publish it when you're happy, or undo it. More in The chat bubble.
Moving from HighLevel
Connect your HighLevel sub-account (during set-up, or later in Settings → Integrations or Move from HighLevel). Contacts, notes, tags, pipelines, opportunities, calendars, appointments and conversations come over, and keep syncing until you switch it off. When you're ready to leave HighLevel completely, set up email and phone numbers here, and point your domains at your new websites.
Nothing you do here changes your HighLevel account: the sync only reads from it.
Step by step, with the permissions to tick: Importing from HighLevel.
