Your business
Google Calendar and Sheets
Connect your own Google account: your Google Calendar keeps your booking pages honest, your bookings show up in it, and workflows can add rows to your Google Sheets.
Connecting Google
- 1Your appointments are added here, and moved or removed when they change on either side.
- 2Events on these calendars take their times off your booking pages.
- 3Changes travel within a minute; this doesn't wait.
- 4Everyone connects their own Google.
- Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect Google under Google Calendar and Sheets.
- Sign in with your Google account and allow the calendar (and Sheets, if your workflows should use it).
- Back here, choose Add my bookings to (usually your main calendar) and tick the calendars to Check for busy times.
Everyone in your team connects their own Google: it's their calendar. We keep Google's access encrypted and never show it; Disconnect gives it back to Google.
Two-way calendar sync
- Busy in Google, not offered here: an event on a calendar you check takes that time off your booking pages, and off your turn in a team (round robin) calendar. Events marked Free and all-day events (Google shows them as free) don't block.
- Bookings in Google: every appointment of yours (booked online, by Voice AI, by the assistant or by you) is added to the calendar you chose, with the contact's name, email and phone.
- Changed here, changed there: move or cancel an appointment here and its Google event moves or disappears.
- Changed there, changed here: drag the event to another time in Google, and the appointment moves here (its reminders are re-planned); delete the event in Google, and the appointment is cancelled (and the contact told, as when you cancel here).
Changes you make in Google reach the app within seconds (Google tells us the moment your calendar changes); everything is also checked every minute, and Sync now doesn't wait.
If you move an event in Google onto a time that's already booked here, the appointment stays where it was and Settings says so.
Google Sheets: add a row
In a workflow, add the step Google Sheets: add a row (under Workflows and other tools):
- Pick whose Google account adds it (anyone in your team who connected Google and allowed Sheets).
- Paste the spreadsheet's address and click Open, then choose the sheet (tab).
- Fill in the columns, A, B, C…, with placeholders like
{{first_name}},{{email}},{{custom.budget}}, or fixed text.
Each contact who reaches the step adds one row after the last one. If Google says no (the sheet was renamed, or shared with someone else), the step fails with Google's reason in the workflow's history.
By chatting
Ask "Is my Google Calendar connected?" or "Add every new Facebook lead to my Leads spreadsheet". The assistant can see who connected Google and build the step; connecting Google itself is always you, in Settings.
